Is eBuy a real store I can order from?
No. This is a frontend prototype with demo data only. Checkout shows a demo confirmation and no payment or order is created.
Are the prices real?
No. Prices, discounts, stock levels and warranties are realistic demo values for Bangladesh, not live store prices.
Can I pay with bKash or Nagad here?
No. Payment methods are selection UI only. No payment gateway is connected and no money moves.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Browsing, searching, filtering, comparison and the cart all work without an account. The account pages are UI prototypes with no real authentication.
How does delivery work in this demo?
Delivery is a demo charge: free over ৳5,000, otherwise ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside. No courier is booked.
What is the return policy in this demo?
The demo policy shown is a 7-day easy return for unopened items. It is placeholder policy content, not a verified business policy.
Are product images real photos?
No. Every product visual is an original inline-SVG illustration, labelled 'Demo product illustration' on product pages. Nothing here is presented as an official product photograph.
How do I track a demo order?
Use order ID EB-2026-DEMO-001 on the Track Order page. Any other ID shows a 'not found in demo data' message.
